  • Please check your order carefully before submitting — cancellations may not be possible once accepted.

  • Refunds and replacements are only provided in line with our Refund Policy (see Section 5).

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

  • The price charged is the one shown at checkout and confirmed by email.

  • Prices exclude taxes, shipping, and import charges unless otherwise stated.

  • You agree to provide valid and accurate payment details. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Do not return items to the sender’s address — it is not a returns facility.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship using DPD (UK). Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Tame the Taurus is a registered UK trademark.

  • All names, logos, designs, roasts, gameplay mechanics, images, and content are the intellectual property of Tame the Taurus.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any of our products or content without written permission.

  • We actively monitor and enforce our IP rights, and will pursue infringement to the fullest extent of the law, including internationally.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

  • We may provide access to third-party tools or websites. These are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.

  • We are not responsible for any harm, loss, or damages arising from third-party sites, products, or services.

9. Shopify Relationship

Our store runs on Shopify, but any sales are made directly with Tame the Taurus. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, and you release Shopify from any liability relating to your use of our Services.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Because we use Shopify, some of your data may also be processed under Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

11. Feedback

If you submit reviews, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for any purpose. You must own the rights to anything you submit.

12. Errors & Inaccuracies
